DIH is pleased to announce our new blog column “Ask Ada.” We want to introduce you to the fabulous writer: meet Ada Rediger.
Ada joined our Weight Loss Boot Camp in September 2010. During the 12 week program, she achieved her short term goal of losing 24 pounds. From Thanksgiving of 2010 to February 2011, she continued to carry out her planned program of exercise, nutrition, and stress management techniques, consistently losing one to two pounds every week. Deciding then to join the next WLBC course, Ada focused on refining her techniques and continued losing weight. As of today, Ada has lost 50 pounds and is pleased with her friends and coworkers positive compliments and remarks. Ada’s enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, as well as her natural compatibility with the group quickly made her a role model participant of our WLBC program and a unanimous vote for a participant-led, featured blog column.
We are pleased and excited that she has accepted this challenge to be a friend, mentor, and inspiration to help others who are in the process of making a lifestyle change and open to looking at health in a new way. Our experts are here to chime in, give their comments, answer technical questions, and provide additional support.
We want you to join in this dialogue – to share your thoughts, your goals, your accomplishments, challenges along the way – we want you to ask questions, give tips, share recipes and exercises – and most importantly, we want you to bring your unique voice and positive energy!
