You know this week I am putting myself on the list knowing not only am I worth it….but that my health depends on it! Exercise and eating well are my two ME priorities this week!
I’ve slid off track a bit because of other priorities taking ME over. I’ll be better (feel better) knowing I’m following a ME plan…..commiting for just one week at a time.

I’ve set a goal to climb the stairs to the top of the Willis Tower in Chicago. I have started training by working out on my stepper. I am up to 25 minutes a day. I’m working on my aerobic endurance by continuing to walk my dog 2 miles a day. I continue working on building strength by doing a strength workout twice a week.
