Small Group Metabolic And Resistance Training - S.M.A.R.T.
S.M.A.R.T. is an open gym format that allows you to drop in when working out is convenient for you! The workouts will vary for each scheduled class so that your body will not know what to expect. Workouts may focus on strength and resistance exercises by utilizing body weight, bands, dumbbells, stability/medicine balls, and bars.
