
We are getting ready to launch our sixth, highly successful Weight Loss Boot Camp. Registration is now open and class size is limited. Our 12 week weight loss boot camp has a unique combination of exercise, nutrition, and relaxation techniques which provide not only excellent results but sustainable knowledge and motivation for life.

Next Class: January 18, 2012 – April 4th, 2012. Meets every Wednesday from 6pm – 8pm for 12 weeks.
